German standards
Structured processes, clear communication and accountability shaped by German engineering culture.
We are not a classic outsourcing vendor. Axesscom is an engineering company that pairs German quality standards with a stable Philippine delivery center. Founded in May 2000 as a pure software company, we have grown through long-term partnerships rather than quick deals.
In May 2000, a software company was founded in Gießen. From the start, the focus was solid engineering, direct client contact, and software that still holds up years later. Not a rotating pool of freelancers, but a small team writing serious software for demanding clients.
That small start in Hessen grew into long-term partnerships. Early projects became ongoing work, often with the same contacts and engineers staying on the product for years. Clients stay because the work holds up, and because continuity comes first.
Today we work from Frankfurt in Germany, and from the Clark Freeport Zone in the Philippines, where we set up our developer center in 2016. That location lets us build stable dedicated teams while keeping the German quality standards our clients expect.
For more than twenty years we have hired carefully, documented thoroughly, and communicated clearly. We grow with our clients. We support companies in Europe and internationally with cloud platforms, AI integration, and dedicated teams, with the reliability and accountability that German engineering culture stands for.
Clients stay because delivery is consistent, not because contracts make leaving difficult.

A stable developer center in Clark Freeport Zone with low turnover, strong English skills and deep technical talent.
We apply AI where it speeds up development or improves quality, in code review, testing and architecture, not as a label on legacy systems.
Average client relationships measured in years. Teams that grow with your product, not rotate every quarter.
We move quickly on team structure but take time on architecture. Every engagement starts with understanding your business, not selling a fixed package.
